At KS Drone Services, we aim to deliver professional, reliable service every time. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

 

 

Deposits

 

 

All deposits are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is made by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking date.

 

 

Cancellations

 

 

• If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot, a late cancellation fee may apply.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the shoot may be subject to full charge, depending on the nature of the booking and any preparation work already completed.

• If KS Drone Services must cancel for any reason, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

 

 

 

Weather & Force Majeure

 

 

If weather conditions or other uncontrollable events make flying unsafe or impossible, we will reschedule your shoot at no extra cost. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless a reschedule is not possible.
