3. Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • Bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or booking form.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your slot.

  • Full payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

 

 

4. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • You must ensure that all locations are safe, legal, and have the necessary permissions for drone use.

  • If we are required to obtain flight permissions (e.g. from the CAA or landowner), this may affect the timeline or availability.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during booking.

 

 

 

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

 

 

  • KS Drone Services retains the copyright to all footage and imagery unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are granted a licence to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose (e.g. marketing, advertising, personal use).

  • Footage must not be resold or used commercially beyond the agreed scope without prior permission.

 

 

 

6. Cancellations & Weather

 

 

  • If we are unable to fly due to weather, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen issue, we reserve the right to reschedule or refund the booking.

 

 

 

7. Liability

 

 

  • KS Drone Services carries appropriate public liability insurance for all operations.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services or website.

 

 

 

8. Website Use
